The team was supposed to have an autumn special where they will go up the mountain and hike to see the beautiful autumn leaves. But because of the weather, they weren't able to get on the boat (to everyone's gladness ^^) so they have to think of a back up plan. Before thinking of anything, the boys challenged the PD and the camera team for a rock, paper, scissors game. The loser will have to buy everyone breakfast.
After brainstorming for all possible places to go as an alternative, Hodong brought up Lee Mangi and having a rematch with him. This is the best suggestion everyone heard and so they called up the Emperor of Ssireum to ask him if he will accept the challenge after 20 years.
It's very heart warming to see the student face his mentor for a match and to know that up to this day, the respect is always there. Hodong was called the devil of Ssireum because he's one immature player that is proud of himself because of his young age and strength. But seeing him now, humbled before his mentor, makes me feel so proud of him. He is where he is now because of the discipline that Ssireum has taught him. Kang Ho Dong truly deserves to be called the nation's MC. =)
