They are having a Bodyguard theme in this episode. First they must rescue the queen. The ladies are wearing pretty dresses and even tiaras, cute! ^^ The queen will become part of the team that will rescue her and continue on with the next mission.
1st mission is to go to Ehwa University and have to carry the queen and feed her 3 kinds of food around the university. Next is to pick a briefcase and head on to the next university location for the 2nd mission. Three teams get different missions, after their mission, they pick another briefcase and head on to the 3rd university. It's really nice of Jaesuk and Gary to help the lady push her baby down a steep slope even if they're rushing for time. *awww* =)
3rd mission is to ask a female student for their empty take-out coffee cup and throw it in the trash bin successfully, then they choose another briefcase and go back to Dream Forest. The final mission is to shoot the opponents' name tags to get them out. The final queen to survive is the winner.
I understand now why Hara got criticized so much after the episode aired. She already apologized and promised to do better next time. I wish Jong Kook didn't interfere in the last queen battle. I would've loved to see Jihyo push Hara over the edge to teach her a lesson and show her who the real queen of Running Man is, and that's none other than Queen Jihyo. ^_^
